The role is responsible to maintain availability
and inventory of Finished Good, Raw Material and Empty pack. He/she will
communicate with Sales and Marketing for Forecasting and Ordering and also maintain KPI reporting for Supply Planning for regional reporting. Key accountabilities 1. Planning all Raw Material for production requirement and Finish Goods for local distribution 2. Interaction with other units in Region and Global, for Finish Goods and Raw Material forecast submission and arrangement 3. Interaction with Regional and Global Supply Chain group for cost effective purchases 4. Development on the packaging with the support from Sales & Marketing 5. Maintaining effective communication with Sales & Marketing for Forecast and Ordering 6. Conduct Weekly Production Meeting, review the progress and advise change when necessary in order to maintain Finish Goods product availability 7. Involvement with cross stream Marketing for all new product launch, promotion, volume increase, product changes etc 8. Managing Raw Material and Finish Good inventory in terms of stock days, volume and value 9. Maintain KPI for Supply Planning: Inventory Volume and Value, Product availability to achieve In Full On Time target, Product Line Administration 10. Implementing and enforcing MOC on any changes pertaining to product introduction/ deletion 11. In the absence of Procurement Executive and Commercial Executive, act as PIC to generate PO Essential Education Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering major Essential experience and job requirements - Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Planning. - Hands on experience in MRP, MPS. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skill. - Computer literate and familiar with ERP system, preferably JD Edwards. - Able to speak and write English fluently Other Requirements (eg Travel, Location) - The jobholder must have good interpersonal skills to deal and communicate with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Fulfillment) - Open concept and approachable at all times.
